Good afternoon, I hope all of you are doing well! You should be completing the topic covering auto loans. Even though we are not in school, I believe it is important to continue to work through the topics of personal finance. There will be some topics we will not be able to cover once we return to the classroom, but I am choosing the topics I think you are needing the most. Please take the time to put your two cents into the takeaway collaborative document for each topic.

The topics we will cover over the next two weeks include credit history and credit scores. You will notice assignments will cover two topics per week instead of one topic. Be sure to pace yourself well. The assignments will be posted in Google ClassWork. You can email me or send a REMIND message for any link you are unable to open. I have looked through the material and everything you will complete contains a great deal of important information.

The upcoming week will center around credit history and credit reports. I will post the material within the next two days. The hardcopy materials have been provided at the high school for anyone who does not have internet access. Please sign up for REMIND as this is the quickest way to communicate with you. I am so looking forward to seeing each of you and finishing your senior year strong!

I have posted the second topic, Understanding Auto Loans, today. Take time to complete both activities and turn each of them in. In the middle of the week, I will post another collaborative document for this topic.

The first assignment is over student loan repayments. You will complete the student activity packet and a separate assignment just as you have been doing with this curriculum. The second assignment is over auto loans. You will complete the student activity packet and a separate assignment. The activities will contain articles and videos with questions for you to answer. Be sure to TURN IN each completed activity. As usual, the activities will be in Google ClassWork. During this time you can email me or send a Remind message. I suggest you do one lesson for each week: for example complete student loan repayments this week and auto loans next week. Please give me until tomorrow to post the assignments in Google ClassWork.

If you do not have internet access I have left a hard copy of the assignments with Mrs. Jennings. You can pick up the packets Wednesday between 4 – 6pm. You will still need to access some links. If you will send me a Remind message I can send the link to you.
